Steps to Add a New Admin in AT&T Business Center

✅ Steps to Add a New Admin in AT&T Business Center

  1. Sign in to AT&T Business Center using your company administrator credentials.

  2. From the top menu, click Profile, then select your company name to access the company profile page.

  3. Navigate to the Users tab.

  4. Click Add, then select New user.

  5. On the Create user page:

    • Enter the user's first name, last name, and email address.

    • To grant admin rights, check the box labeled Make this user a company administrator.

  6. Click Continue and follow the prompts to assign the user to appropriate user groups and provision any necessary applications.

  7. Once completed, the new admin will receive an email with an activation link to set up their Business Center access.
