Seamless Mobile Services Device Buyback Process

Overview

Seamless Mobile Services offers a simple device buyback process to help organizations recover value from unused or retired mobile devices.

This process allows your team to quickly submit a device list, receive a prepaid shipping label, and securely send the devices for evaluation.


Step 1 — Download the Buyback Inventory Form

Please download and complete the device inventory sheet below.

Device Inventory Form (Excel – recommended)

Printable UN3481-3 safety label (PDF)

The Excel form includes dropdown menus for device condition and will automatically total the number of devices being submitted.


Step 2 — Complete the Device List

Please fill out the following information:

Customer Information

  • Company Name

  • Contact Name

  • Email

  • Phone

  • PO Number (if applicable)

  • Submission Date

Device Information

  • Carrier

  • Manufacturer

  • Model / Name

  • Storage (GB)

  • Quantity

  • Condition (optional)

  • Notes (optional)

Once complete, return the form to:

Step 3 — Receive Your Shipping Label

After we receive your completed inventory sheet, we will reply with:

  • A FedEx prepaid shipping label

  • Shipping instructions

  • UN3481 lithium battery label required for device shipments


Step 4 — Package the Devices

To protect the devices during shipping, please follow these guidelines:

• Do not stack devices directly on top of one another
• Place padding or material between each device
• Securely tape the box and reinforce seams
• Attach the UN3481 lithium battery label to the outside of the box


Step 5 — Ship the Devices

If your office has a daily FedEx pickup, please give the package to your FedEx driver.

If not, please drop the package off at a nearby FedEx location.

You will receive an email confirmation once the shipment is delivered.


Important Notice

Buyback purchase orders are time sensitive.

Please ship devices within 30 days of the PO date to ensure pricing remains valid.
