Seamless Mobile Services offers a simple device buyback process to help organizations recover value from unused or retired mobile devices.
This process allows your team to quickly submit a device list, receive a prepaid shipping label, and securely send the devices for evaluation.

UN3481 lithium battery label required for device shipments
To protect the devices during shipping, please follow these guidelines:
• Do not stack devices directly on top of one another
• Place padding or material between each device
• Securely tape the box and reinforce seams
• Attach the UN3481 lithium battery label to the outside of the box
If your office has a daily FedEx pickup, please give the package to your FedEx driver.
If not, please drop the package off at a nearby FedEx location.
You will receive an email confirmation once the shipment is delivered.
Buyback purchase orders are time sensitive.
Please ship devices within 30 days of the PO date to ensure pricing remains valid.
