If you've forgotten your Verizon voicemail PIN, you can reset it using one of the following methods:

1. Reset via My Verizon Website:

  • Log in to your My Verizon account.​  https://www.verizon.com/

  • Navigate to Account > My Devices.​

  • Select your device.​

  • Click on Manage Voicemail Password.​

  • Follow the prompts to set a new voicemail PIN.​

2. Reset via My Verizon Mobile App:

  • Open the My Verizon app on your device.​

  • Tap the Menu icon.​

  • Select Account > Account Settings.​

  • Under the Security tab, tap Manage Voicemail Password.​

  • Follow the instructions to create a new PIN.​

3. Reset via Automated System:

  • Dial *​611 from your Verizon phone.​

  • When prompted, say "Reset voicemail password."​

  • Follow the automated instructions to reset your PIN.​

4. Reset via Customer Service:

  • Call Verizon Customer Service at 1-800-922-0204.​

  • Request assistance in resetting your voicemail PIN.​

Note: After resetting your PIN, you'll need to set up your voicemail again. Dial *​86 from your phone and follow the prompts to complete the setup.​
